SHIPPING  

Orders will be processed within 24 hours business days (excluding sales & pre-orders). Pre-order items will ship within 10 business days of ordering.

Heaven & Hail is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
