The ordering process begins as soon as an order is submitted.  Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping and 7-10 business days for sales & pre-orders. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays)

Heaven & Hail uses world-wide carriers as our shipping providers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We always strive to provide the best possible service. Heaven & Hail is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (e.g., damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process. Heaven & Hail is also not responsible for packages delayed in transit; this includes the holiday season. The shipping cost for orders is nonrefundable.

Heaven & Hail does offer in store pickup for those who are within driving distance of our physical store. When placing your order, you must select the “STORE PICKUP” option. Pick-up is available Monday- Saturday from 9am – 1pm only.

Returns: We do not accept returns. All sales are final for the safety of our employees and customers.

Returned to sender: When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor that has not undergone ANY chemical, heat, or steam processing. This is the highest quality of hair in the world as it is 100% natural.

HD Lace (High-Definition Lace) is the thinnest lace you will find on the market. As a result, HD Lace will offer you the most undetectable application with minimal customization needed. HD Lace can be used by all skin tones. One thing to note is that HD Lace is extremely delicate and will rip easily if not handled with care.

Transparent Lace sold at Heaven & Hail offers a high-quality Swiss Lace that is light brown in color. This lace is not as thin as HD Lace but is much more durable. To wear, transparent lace will need to be tinted using a lace tint or make up powder to match your skin tone. One of the major benefits of transparent lace is its ability to be tinted to match any skin color.

Once your hair is delivered, wash hair with a cleansing shampoo. Use products that are sulfate-free. Our extensions should not be handled rigorously and should always be shampooed in a downward motion.

It is highly recommended that you visit your stylist regularly to have your hair and extensions shampooed, especially when wearing a sewn-in installation. When installing we suggest using fold-over method so that wefts are not damaged and can be easily reused.
